The winger Had the team's best chance in the opening period, his effort excellently kept out by Thomas Strakosha. As Quansah hanging back, it fell to him to offer an outlet down the right side yet his deliveries from the touchline varied in quality. Replaced with 15 to go. 6/10

The captain The difference-maker netting 77th and 78th goals in an England shirt. His first a trademark opportunist's goal while the second a superb header having drifted away from his marker. Now 32, he continues to improve with the national team stand a real opportunity in future competitions when he's in the team. Eight
